What makes us unique...
Ever since Toca Madera Winery produced its first vintage, we have been committed to crafting wines that truly express the fertility and unique micro-climate of our central valley vineyard. Once our grapes have been harvested, our winemaker, Shayne Vetter, sorts, tastes, ages, and blends what goes into every bottle of our estate wines.
Our vineyard was planted in 2012 on virgin, fertile soil never previously planted with any vines, orchards or other crops. The rolling hills terrain of the vineyard is also rather unique in Madera County, much more reminiscent of vineyards in Napa or on the Central Coast.
